Here are a few tips to make your smoothie even more delicious and save some more time.

Cut up pieces of banana (especially when they are starting to get too ripe and you don’t know what to do with them), place them in a tupperware and freeze them. Your bananas are now ready for a smoothie any day of the week! Frozen banana by itself also makes a healthy sweet treat and a great snack for kids! You can also try making popsicles by doubling the recipe and skipping the oatmeal. Buy organic frozen fruit to also save some time if you don’t have fresh fruit. Chop up the fruit and veggies the night before and store it in tupperware.

Get started on this smoothie routine and feel good about yourself that you had a healthy breakfast including some greens!
