We’ve all seen those brilliant long and full beards out there that look great. And while you may think it gets like that on its own, that is not true. Keeping a beard and its lines maintained can go a long way in making your beard look and feel healthier. If you just let your beard grow and run rampant, you will have lose hairs that are longer, some parts that don’t fill in and other irritating issues. Maintaining and trimming the beard will leave it looking its best.

2. Eat Healthy and Be Healthy

As with the hair on your head, the hair on your face will look, feel and grow better if you maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle. While there are no specific foods that can aid in beard growth or quality, eating well is never a bad idea. And while no supplements or nutrients have been shown to improve a beard, Biotin (a vitamin B complex) has been sometimes said by some to be able to strengthen hair.
