Everybody can afford some bread, a jar of skippy and some jelly. Buy the jelly with the least number of preservatives. You’re really just looking for fruit. Peanut Butter and banana will suffice.
While some of these may raise a few eyebrows, when times are hard, remember that people have been all of these foods since long before you were born, without incident.
You may decide that you don’t protein powder or weight gainers, even when you can afford them. Good for you.
