Reverse Extensions
Ideally, you’d be doing these on an extension machine in the gym. Since we are trying to do them in the wild, then we have to get creative. A good strong couch can provide sufficient strength and counterbalance. Let your legs hang off the arm of the couch. Prop your body up with cushions or pillows. You can stiff leg these, lifting from the hips or do them like mule kicks. Do them two legs at a time or one. It doesn’t matter. The most important thing is your lower back doesn’t drop. Avoid this by sucking in your belly button in and tightening your glutes.
