It’s not just about being a cheapskate. Joining gyms isn’t everybody’s cup of tea. Not only that, sometimes we are traveling where we don’t have access to a facility.
Orrr, maybe you belong to a gym but are looking for ancillary work to add to your normal routine. Before there were gyms, people keep active with just their bodies. We call it calisthenics now, but it used to just be called life.
What follows are five leg moves, four pushing exercises, three pulling ones, and three total-body moves you can do just about anywhere. One set of each will be enough to constitute one workout.
There’s no need to worry about overtraining. These are just bodyweight moves.
