Reverse flys are so difficult at the top of the exercise, you don’t even need weight. In fact, you shouldn’t use weight until you can increase your range of motion enough. The ideal range is that your wrists raise up to your sides, no higher. If you can do this, you can grab anything light to add resistance, like two closed soda containers. Get into position by planting your feet hip to shoulder width apart. Lean forward, bending at the hips and bending your knees some. Keep your elbows close, flying your fists to the sky behind you.
