These are everybody’s favorite exercise to hate. It’s a squat, into a plank, with an optional push-up, then standing up so you can jump and start over. You do them so you can finish them. As a small tweak to the traditional method of doing these, plant your hands close to each other at the bottom of the squat, letting your knees travel outside the hands. This will allow you to keep your hips open and your back flat until you are ready to thrust your feet behind you. Reverse this on the way back up.
