Lunges
Buried in this exercises are several variations. My preference is the walking lunge, which if you are familiar with Monty Python’s Silly Walk, then you can imagine how they look. You can also lunge from a standing position, forward, sideways or rotationally. If squats are the do anywhere exercise, then lunges are the versatility winner. Generally speaking, keep your stride from going too far out. You should be able to comfortably stay in that stride, not tottering like you’re on a slack line. Create tension by pushing your knees to the outside, keeping your feet flat.
