Split Jumps
Super simple. These are the explosive element you can add to your equipment-free workout. To get into these, lunge forward some, then jump straight into the air. As you fly upward, switch your feet position, flipping the back to the front and vice versa. Bend your knees to cushion the landing. At the bottom, spring back up, switching again. Take care not to bang your knees on the ground. Height does not matter. Knees NOT falling into the center line does matter.
