For resistance training, these are a classic. Try not to bend your knees if you can avoid it, even if it means you can only do one. You want to create tension from your heels to your shoulders. Bending your knees breaks that tension. Lie face down, plant your hands about shoulder width apart. Don’t plant them way out to the sides. Keep your elbows close, get your glutes firing like you mean it, then push up. If you can only do one, then skip to the next exercise.
