Carry Underwood trains her legs by performing lunges, squats, step-ups, and toe-taps. (Yeah, we’d never heard of “toe-taps” either.) She also packs her fridge with healthy greens, so her calories intake will stay low, but if she cheats on her food she does so before noon. Her trainer says this makes it okay. Seems to be working.
