Skim milk: it’s supposed to be better for you because there’s less fat than regular milk. The trouble is, the process that manufacturers use to produce skim milk removes a lot of the natural goodness in the milk. Vitamins, calcium content, and protein content are all lost in this process. Fat-free dairy products, including skim milk, are very rarely a better option than low-fat or full-fat options.
