If that name made you stop, then you’ve seen Terminator. In the movies associated with The Terminator, Cyberdyne Technologies is the company that gave birth to Skynet, the company that created an AI that took over the world.

What’s more, this real world Cyberdyne named their product “HAL.” For those who’ve never had the pleasure, HAL 9000 is the name of the pernicious artificial intelligence in the movie 2001.

These guys have a taste for irony, but they only make exoskeletons.

The Cyberdyne design elements are the sexiest of the bunch, ranging from limb-assistance to full-body exoskeletons.
