It does not allow for legumes or dairy and minimizes sugars. The core philosophy of paleo is to return to the diet early humans ate. For Danielle, it was diet she could mold into her needs. As she found the offering of paleo options unappetizing, she worked to create recipes she liked. She kept track of those recipes, started to blog about what she was doing and discovered a new life.
