Put it on your salad. Easy on the pour, but a little apple cider vinegar with a tablespoon of olive oil will go far. Most store dressings are loaded with who-knows-what, but with a dash, you can make your own. If you’re keeping your processed food intake down, and I’ll bet you are Mr. Salad eater, then you can sprinkle a little salt on there too. Pepper to taste.
