Handstand
We saved the best for last, but this one is for advanced players only. If you have never done one before, then get a spot from someone experienced. A mistake can be very painful. That said, if you have the strength, no other exercise will do for your body what these do. These are a total body exercise. Think planks, but vertical body positioning. Plant your hands no wider than your shoulders. Wind your palms into the grounds like in the push-ups. You can look at the ground or upside down at the other side of the world, whatever your preference. Start by doing these against the wall until you are strong enough. Try not to lean against the wall, but use it to keep you from falling over. You will feel these in your fingertips like nobody’s business.
