Ever wonder why so many old people are in to doing crosswords, reading books, and playing chess? It’s because it’s really healthy. If you haven’t established a habit of learning new information, doing brain gymnastics, contemplating the great questions of life, writing, memorizing, or otherwise exercising your brain – develop those habits now! Those who exercise their brains to keep them sharp have a much lower risk of developing dementia later in life.
