Off the naughty list for years, eggs are arguably one of the best sources of protein for your diet. They are not only wildly nutritious, they are versatile and delicious. Not to mention, they are central to some of our yummiest recipes… pancakes, burgers, muffins, and just about anything served for breakfast.
