If you want to get your seafood fix, try opting for oily fish like salmon and mackerel. High in omega 3, the fish can do your health a world of good and help you to keep a clear face.

Possibly the least popular source of food at this moment in time, sugar really is getting a lot of negative attention. As well as being generally bad for your health, the food stuff can lead to breakouts and pimples, leaving you with a complexion that leaves a lot to be desired. As well as causing more breakouts, excessive sugar consumption can lead to red patches, wrinkles, inflammation and sagging skin down the line. Yikes.

Need a little extra boost in the morning? It might be time to put down that coffee cup and search elsewhere. While caffeine can help to keep you going, drinking too much of can cause a dehydrating effect, preventing your body from holding on to its precious water stores. Dehydrated skin can soon become itchy, dull looking and dry, so make sure you replenish yourself with a glass of water if you don’t want to cut out the drink entirely.
