While it may surprise you, there are actually a number of solid workouts that you can do right from your office chair without even getting up. While these definitely won’t be extremely strenuous as an actual workout at the gym, they are suitable for work and better than nothing. 2. Take Walks

While it is often a lost or forgotten art, taking a brisk walk around the office every hour or two can pay off huge benefits. Not only can it give you a decent workout, but it can also give you a good opportunity to stretch and also interact with others around the office. Too often people just sit in their chair for 8 or 9 hours and don’t move around at all, which isn’t good for the body at all

If you work on a high floor, you are blessed with a great opportunity to get a solid workout in each and every day. By taking the stairs instead of the elevator, you can give your cardio a kick multiple times a day, which can go a long way to making you a healthier person. While most will take the elevator, do your body a favor and take the stairs. You will notice that each and every day it will become easier and that will be a great feeling.
