I never thought Butler was soft until I saw how hard he became for his role in 300. Butler spent four months training and transforming his body into a work of art to become the Greek King Leonidas. He teamed up with world-class mountain climber Mark Twight, who pushed him to his limits. What was the workout he did? 25 pull-ups, 50 deadlifts with 135 pounds, 50 pushups, 50 jumps on a 24-inch box, 50 floor wipers, 50 single-arm clean-and-presses using a 36-pound kettlebell and 25 more pull-ups. Sounds like fun yeah?
