The juice craze is alive and well. We see advertisements and infomercials about juice cleanses and read stories online about how juicing changed people’s lives. Sadly, most juices aren’t as healthy as we’d like them to be. Juice is packed with sugar, and all of that sugar is going straight to your liver to be stored as fat.
Like most things, a little bit of juice in moderation won’t hurt you, but it’s not a magic health elixir.
