For all the labels on the box that might call it high in fiber and “heart healthy”, most granolas really aren’t that good for you. Many are filled to the brim with sugar and trans fat, and usually the portion sizes are so small that we need to eat more of it to feel satisfied. A little granola every once in a while isn’t bad, but there’s definitely healthier options out there.
