Frozen yogurt is supposed to be healthier for you than ice cream because there’s less calories and sugar. However, once you load up all your favorite toppings, the two really aren’t that different. There’s nothing wrong with enjoying frozen yogurt every once in a while – just like there’s nothing wrong with ice cream in moderation, but neither are healthy for you.
