In addition to this, make sure the clothes you wear and the environment you are in are clean as well.
2. Work on Your Diet
Oftentimes, body odor can be made much worse based on what kind of foods you eat. A healthy and balanced diet can do wonders for your body in a number of ways, including changing how it smells. Foods like onions, garlic and some caffeinated drinks can actually exude through your pores when you eat them. If you notice something funky about your smell, changing your diet to see if it makes a difference should be one of the first things you do.
3. See a Doctor
If you have persistent and awful body odor that won’t go away no matter what you try, it might be time to schedule an appointment with your doctor. Your doctor can not only prescribe you things that could help, they can also let you know some untried methods that could help based on their tests. While this may be a slightly embarrassing meeting and appointment to make or have, but it will be worth it.
