Not that there is anything wrong with traditional spaghetti, but if you are trying to increase your fiber intake, this works. (You probably read this article on fiber in Body Hacks.) Use the course shredding option on your cheese grater to do this. Clean your zucchini first, then carefully grate it lengthwise with the grater. The longer your strips, the more spaghetti like they will seem. You can top with your favorite sauce to make a low-cal, high-nutrient spaghetti. You may even like it better than the traditional stuff.
