Yeah, that’s right. You read correctly: eat Fluff. For frostings, nothing does a better job substituting. It doesn’t have to be cake frostings either. You can use marshmallow fluff to frost cupcakes, pancakes, and just about any pastry that demands a little more than cake to go down. It’s surprisingly easy to make too. All you need is egg whites, corn syrup, powdered sugar, vanilla and a blender.
