When you want to make positive changes in your life, sometimes it can be hard to find the motivation or understand how to do it. You can go to friends, family, the internet and even books. While there are a ton of books out there to help you be a better you, here are three really great ones that deserve a read.

If you think of perhaps the biggest difference between those who are successful and those who aren’t is habits and sticking to them. This book is one of the most important when it comes to forming good habits. People are creatures of habit and we rely on these habits day in and day out and this book can help you form them and better understand them. This book is not only informative, but also entertaining and has a lot of real world examples to relate to.

2. The 4 Hour Body

This is the second book by writer and entrepreneur Tim Ferriss. He was first made famous by the 4-Hour Work Week, which was largely about business. This book isn’t about business, and is instead about a ton of topics having to do with health, wellness, and overall supercharging your body. This is an outstanding and broad book and is a great place to start if you just want to be a better and healthier version of you.

3. Rewire

While this one may not quite be as well-known as the others, this is perhaps my favorite. This is a great book for people trying to improve their life in every way and the lives of those around them. This book is all about making changes and breaking bad habits, overcoming addictions and ceasing self-destructive behaviour. The book also focuses on us rewiring the automatic side of brain so that we will be making these good choices and decisions without having to do them consciously.
